Non-Refundable Subscription Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our subscription boxes. All sales are final. This policy helps us maintain the high quality and curated nature of our boxes.

Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns, we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective. If this happens:

● Contact us within 7 days of receiving your box at support@easepottery.com

● We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost. 

Missing Items

If your box is missing an item:

● Contact us within 7 days of receiving your box.

● We will verify the issue and send you the missing item.
